Published my FY2025 reflection note

I posted my FY2025 reflection note as part of the annual reviews I have been writing since 2018. It also covers research, work, and the recent rise of AI agents.
FY2025 may have been a year with relatively fewer changes in my environment than the past few years. Last year was my first year in the doctoral program, and the two years before that were my first and second years in the master's program, so I had been in a period of major transitions for a while. Even so, especially with the rise of generative AI and AI agents, I think it was still a year in which my way of working gradually changed.
This is the eighth annual reflection I have written since my first year as a working adult in 2018.
Writing these reflections at regular intervals helps me remember how I was feeling at each point in time. I would like to keep doing it.
Over the past few years, I have been exploring my research theme, and during that time AI agents such as Codex and Claude Code have gained a great deal of momentum. I want to think carefully about what I can do so that being in a doctoral program during this turning point can become an advantage in the long run.
Next year will be my third year in the doctoral program, and I wonder what FY2026 will be like, and what will come after that.
For now, I want to enjoy the process of events that happen in the course of practice: doubts, detours, dead ends, and accidental discoveries.
